Carmen-Daniela Tanasie Dipl.Eng, MBA

With over 8 years in international companies top marketing management positions, Carmen's expertise is in new product development and strategic marketing.
She graduated in 1997 the Executive MBA program of the University of Washington & ASEBUSS - School of Business with her final thesis theme in Marketing - "Brand Launches in Emerging Markets: Strategic Planning".


Having worked with organizations ranging from multi-billion euros international corporations such as Beiersorf AG, Wella AG, and Coty–Lancaster Cosmetics to national market leaders as Prodal, Carmen has a broad understanding of successful marketing strategies.
Carmen has an extensive experience in cosmetic and spirits industry bringing new development ideas in these business areas. She began her corporate marketing career as a national marketing manager, up to NIVEA Sun international senior brand manager, Beiersdorf AG Hamburg and successfully managed product-marketing for hundreds-million euro product lines and 5+ million euros local marketing budgets.
As one of the leading members of the expert team she developed and launched the new global NIVEA SUN marketing strategy. Also she completely repositioned a full spirits product range in less then one year.
She has directly interfaced with many Eastern European marketing organizations and provided extensive strategic concepts and trainings for these organizations.
Along with internal consultants, Carmen opened the doors of AT Concepts to our customers looking to develop global marketing strategies based on local cultures.
Her mission: to transform the way companies approach marketing issues and how they practice marketing by taking into consideration local cultures.
